We are focused on introducing the most up-to-date proprietary solutions for document and information management. Having pioneered electronic document archiving systems on the AS/400 platform in Poland, we have gathered extensive experience in this area of operation. Our experiences have inspired us to produce and develop our own software that would be perfectly suited to the Polish market. Thanks to our Outsourcing Centre, we are able to constantly monitor and analyse our system while working on Customer’s orders.

• MagFLOW – module governing the flow of documents, tasks and group assignments (workflow) with integrated CRM, Office, fax and e-mail management functionalities. MagFLOW reflects the company’s structure together with substitutions (there is always one appointed person who is authorised to approve a document). The module supports both passive documents (where document contents remain unchanged; only data associated with the document are modified; e.g. cost invoice) and active documents (where documents are created by consecutive persons within the workflow, such as in contracts, leave applications etc.).
• MagSCAN – module supporting the process of scanning documents and acquiring data from them; divided into consecutive processing stages: scanning, description (indexing) and electronic archiving. MagSCAN is compatible with a wide range of commercially available scanners and multi-functional devices; it recognises bar codes and improves the quality of scanned documents. In the document description functionality, the module incorporates OCR and ICR features (recognition of typewritten, printed and handwritten texts). MagSCAN supports the export or import of data from and to the majority of systems used by our Customers.
• MagDOC – electronic archiving module for storing and providing access to electronic documents. It is integrated with the MagVIEW browser which makes it possible to enter notes directly on documents, obscure or underline document sections, OCR selected text passages or the entire document, access selected document sections (e.g. specified pages in a multi-page document) to authorised users. Access to MagDOC via MagVIEW works similarly to e-banking: it is provided with excellent cryptographic security and independent of the user’s location.
• MagARCH – module supporting the operation of our traditional archive. The module enables Customers to place orders for access to original documents, informing Customers of the status of each document.
